The Bohemian Lager - extract only kit
The Bohemian lager, known also as Czech Pilsner is little hoppier than it's german cousin, the German pilsner. Slightly darker in color with more body presence but still easier to drink.
Spicy and peppery notes are present, together with a gentle truffle smell due to the special yeast fermentation.
If conditioning is properly done, after few months this beer develops also some mild honey-like notes at the palate.
