Our recipes are made following the standard all grain brewing style. This style includes the use of the sparging technique. If you are performing the BIAB (Brew in a bag) technique without sparging, your efficiency could be lower. We strongly suggest you to keep note of your results in order to optimize your efficiency in the future.

Mosaic IPA is a strong, hoppy, but at the same time packed with flavors and aromas typical of the Mosaic hop.
Stone fruit scent, floral, mixed with orange zest with a little hint of passion fruit is what you will smell as soon as you pour it in your glass. Tangerine, dry bitter and citrusy flavor is what you will taste at the first sip. If you will follow our recipe carefully we promise you that this beer will not last long!!
