10-15% 첨가: Bock Beer 와 같이 진한 맥주에 적합함. 알코올 도수가 낮은 맥주라면 더 첨가해도 됨.
100%까지 첨가: Koelsch 를 제외한 에일, 풍미가 짙은 다크한 맥주에 사용.
