Recipe Description: Extra. Special. Bitter. In spite of the name, The ESB is a well balanced beer. Maris Otter Pale and honey malt give a very deep, pleasant, thick nutty taste, and the Crystal malt helps out with the background sweetness and color. brown malt rounds up the color and imparts a mild coffee/light chocolate taste without being excessive on the harshness.

이름에도 불구하고 ESB는 균형이 잘 잡힌 맥주입니다. Maris Otter Pale과 허니 몰트 는 매우 깊고 기분 좋은 진한 견과류 맛을 내고, 크리스탈 몰트는 전체적인 단맛과 색상에 도와줍니다. 브라운 맥아는 맥주의 색과 과하지 않은 부드러운 커피/라이트 초콜릿 맛을 줍니다.

Tips from the Brewmaster:  For a full "British pub" experience, try to substitute the dry yeast with the liquid version (WLP002/WLP004/WLP023/WLP013) if available. Add a touch (3 or 4 grams) of beer fining agent if you like a bright pint.

소비기한: 재료 키트 곡물은 발송전  합쳐서 파쇄하며,  파쇄된 몰트는 주문일로부터 한달 이내에 사용합니다. 파쇄된 몰트는 시간이 많이 지날 수록 당화시 효율이 떨어질수있습니다.
