          30-40% 첨가: 전통적인 벨지안 위트(Belgian Wit) 양조 시 생 밀이나 밀 플레이크와 함께 사용

          50% 이상 첨가: 미국식 밀 맥주(American Wheat Beer) 양조 시 단독 혹은 베이스 몰트와 섞어 베이스 몰트로 사용
