Our recipes are made following the standard all grain brewing style. This style includes the use of the sparging technique. If you are performing the BIAB (Brew in a bag) technique without sparging, your efficiency could be lower. We strongly suggest you to keep note of your results in order to optimize your efficiency in the future.

기본 레서피는 스파징 과정이 포함된 전체곡물 양조 방식을 위한것입니다. 만약 스파징 과정 없이 BIAB  (Brew in a bag)  방식으로 양조시에는 효율이 약간 낮아질수있습니다. 대안으로는, 매쉬과정에서 더 많은 양의 물을 사용할수있고, 또는 곡물백위에 스파징을 진행할수도 있습니다. 전체곡물 킷은 홈브루잉 단계중 난이도가 높은편에 포함됩니다. 여기 설명된 과정은 일반적인 전체 곡물의 양조 과정이며, 모든 홈브루어분들은 각자의 양조 도구에 따라 과정과 그리고 시간을 조절할수있습니다.

Description

An easy-drinking pint. Malt-focused with an initial sweetness and a roasted dryness in the finish. Sometimes brewed as a lager (if so, generally will not exhibit a diacetyl character). When served too cold, the roasted character and bitterness may seem more elevated.

쉽게 마실수 있습니다.처음에 나는 단맛과 끝에 느껴지는 드라이한 로스팅이 조화를 이루는 몰트에 중점을둔 에일. 경우에따라 라거로 만들어질수도 있습니다.(만약 그렇다면 다이아세틸의 성질을 보이진 않을것입니다.) 너무 차갑게 마실경우 로스팅과 쓴맛이 더 부각될 수 있습니다.

Flavor

Moderate caramel malt flavor and sweetness, occasionally with a buttered toast or toffee-like quality. Finishes with a light taste of roasted grain, which lends a characteristic dryness to the finish. 

적절한 카라멜 몰트의 맛과 스위트함. 상황에따라 버터 토스트나 토피 같은 맛을 낼 수도 있습니다. 라이트한 로스팅한 몰트, 드라이한 느낌에 끝맛을 느낄수있습니다.
