사용 방법 : 5갤런 (19리터) 배치에 최대 4개의 스틱을 30분 동안 끓입니다.
대안으로 2차 발효시 추가. ( * 2차 발효시 추가하는경우, 알코올이 높은 술 "담금주" 에 반나절 정도 계피 스틱이 다 담길정도로 담가두었다가, 담가놓은 술과 계피를 같이 발효통에 추가합니다.)
주로 아시아와 아프리카의 짭짤한 요리의 향료로 그리고 패스트리와 음료에도 사용되는 것으로 알려진 계피는 스파이시 홀리데이 에일, 사이다, 소다, 커피 및 차의 레서피에도 사용됩니다.

Quantity: 4 sticks max per 5 gallon batch into the boil for 30 minutes. Added into secondary fermentation in alternative.
